A quick list of other options-
Menstrual Cups - Reusable up to ten years with proper care, has options for almost* everyone. Has different shapes, sizes, firmness levels, and many have different color options made with medical-grade dyes and silicone. Some may need two or three cups depending on cervix height migration or flow changing during their cycle.

Reusable Tampons- Washable/ Should last several years/ Very colorful with lots of options. (Might still contain bleach, unsafe dyes, or herbicides depending on the fabric used)
Sea Sponge Tampons - Washable and should last 3 to 6 months, might contain bone-like fragments. Can be worn for 6 hours and unlike many options can be worn during intercourse.
Interlabial Pads - Cloth pads that are worn between the labia; has lots of shapes, sizes, and absorbencies. Can be worn with other options for extra protection or worn for light incontinence.
