LENA Cups

The LENA menstrual cups are made in the USA and are a Tampon and Pad Alternative that follows a 100% satisfaction policy. (They send an email out straight away with various information to help make the switch to menstrual cups easier and they will work with you if you have any issues.)
Their cups have two types that both are made of safe medical grade silicone. Both types and sizes have a solid flat stem.
The regular cups come in three colors- Pink, Teal, and Purple made out of medical grade dyes; with a firmness level of 4. While the sensitive cups are clear, without dyes, and have a firmness level of 2. They come in recycled packaging. And are FDA cleared.

The Small is 1.57" in diameter and 1.81" in length with a 25 ml capacity. It's listed as light to medium flow. As well as considered best for "Before Birth". The Large is 1.77" in diameter and 2.00" in length with a 30 ml capacity. It's listed for medium to heavy flow. As well as considered best for "After Birth". (( Please note that each female body is different! And the best way to choose a cup is by cervix height, width, and flow. Rather than age like most cups suggest. ))

Both types feel like very high-quality silicone with a wonderful "spring" to them, making them open, in just about any fold. They have a slightly softer feel to them, to the point, it reminded me of velvet or even peach skin. The Sensitive opens almost as easy as the firmer Lena cups; all though, there are fewer folds that open as easy with the softer cups. They have a raised print with the Lena logo on the inner rim of the cups and four large air holes, that seem to tilt at a horizontal downward angle making a quick rinse super easy. They have a bell shape with grip rings around the base of the cups. That being said, the LENA brand is wonderful quality and I believe, a perfect starting cup! And though it wasn't the perfect one for me, it might work wonderfully for you. I hope that if you do try it, it's the perfect one for you.
